AIM:
  To encourage your participants to think through the meaning of the parables of Jesus.
  This can be done with live drama or the option of using a video to film the group; then show it back to all the group at the end.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT NEEDED
  A video camera.
  A television and a VCR.

FORMAT
Jesus told many parables that are suitable to turn into dramas.
Put the participants into groups and give each group a parable to act out.

   The group needs to go away and practise the drama and when they return, have the performance filmed or performed live to the rest of the group.  If you are going to video each group, film them then set up the television, hand out popcorn and turn off the lights to watch the performances.
