CAMP DETAILS
Time:         Try not to clash with the Church program, exams or key sport commitments.
Location:    What type of camp style will suit your group and our aims. Remember the aims should define the whole programme.
Cost:          Food, transport, camp site fees, free people i.e. the speaker.

Advertise camp: Time, where, cost, programme highlights
Reconfirm booking details

4-5 Weeks prior
Detailed application forms

1-2 weeks prior
Transport
Give the camp site final numbers
Pay the camp site
Check with the speaker if they need notes printed, A/V, small group leaders, special equipment for the talks etc.
Ask speaker if there are any special books that people may need for the book stall.

After the Camp

Evaluate how to be more efficient next time.
See if the goals of the programme were met.
