The following questions are a great way to understand your leaders and help them see how the group needs to be run. Leaders fill in the answers, and then share why together.


          DECISION MAKING
              1. Makes all the decisions
              2. Makes all the decisions after asking other leaders
              3. Makes all the decisions after asking the members
              4. Makes all the decisions with the other leaders
              5. Makes all the decisions with members and leaders

          PROGRAM
              1. Runs everything
              2. Lets the other leaders do everything
              3. Supervises the other leaders
              4. Lets the members run the program
              5. Is a support for the other leaders

          PROGRAM
              1. The program is known by the leader on the night
              2. The program is known by the leader before the night
              3. All leaders know the program
              4. the key leader only of the night knows the program
              5. Make up the program as you go along

          WELCOMING
              1. The knows all members by name
              2. The leader is up front and leaves names to other helpers
              3. The leader organises other to befriend new people
              4. The leader befriends new people
              5. The leader teaches the group to be friendly

          TALKS
              1. The leader should give all talks
              2. The leader trains others to give talks
              3. The leader lets everyone have a go
              4. The leader appoints groups of helpers to give talks
              5. The leader give some talks

          PROBLEMS
              1. The leader should do all discipline
              2. The leader should delegate helpers to discipline
              3. The leader should only watch
              4. The members will work it out themselves
              5. Parents should be told and left in there hands

          IDEAS
              1. The leader should know what things can be done
              2. The leader helps others to find out what can be done
              3. The leader lets other find new ideas
              4. The leader goes with the flow
